Hey guys, welcome to my music rating site. I am totally obsessed with music and have spent years perusing through other people's 'best of' music lists. I have found many of my favorite songs from other people's lists, and now I want to return the favor! Thus, I recently had the idea of starting my own site for creating ‘best of’ lists. I have sorted them into several categories. I have lists of my top 40 favorite songs by year. I have lists of my favorite songs by bands that I like. I also have lists of my favorite songs from certain music genres. Lastly, I have album reviews of my favorite albums. I will be working non-stop to add more content to the site, and I do so on almost a daily basis. As you explore the site, remember that the songs are evaluated mainly by how much I like them, however a significant part of the rating comes from the originality, legacy, influence, critical acclaim, and technical proficiency. Also, an important notice, I have a slight bias for rock music and for the 90s in general, so yes classic rock, hip hop, oldies, and some other genres may at times feel slightly neglected.. That said, just sit back, open up limewire or bit torrent and download these gems which are essential to any music collection. Ideally I would love you guys to give me your own 'best of' lists in the comments section, also just let me know how you like that site or how I can improve it.
