It may seem like the lists are based purely on one person’s opinion but I can assure you they are not. Here’s the way we rank things at Therockczar.com. First off, we choose a band/genre/year. Once we have narrowed down the topic we take into a count numerous factors that make our rankings truly one of a kind on the net.
