2002 was home to a good deal of good albums. Even though nu-metal and corporate rock were still dominating the radio, there was a good amount of good music in 2002. RHCP's By The Way, Audioslave's self titled effort, Queens of the Stone Age's Songs for the Deaf, and Interpol's Turn on the Bright Lights were some of the best.
