Ahhhh, 1991. The year that changed music forever. In my opinion this is the best year of music in the history of mankind! Nirvana and Soundgarden establish themselves as two of the best bands of all time with "Nevermind" and "Badmotorfinger." RHCP comes out with its classic "Blood Sugar Sex Magik." On the Metal side of things, Metallica releases its now legendary Black Album. And Toad the Wet Sprocket releases its highly underated gem "Fear." In this day in age, I really miss the times when there was good music on the radio. Long live 1991.

nirvana didn't really get popular til 1992 and neither did most of these groups, just cause the date on the back of the cd says 1991 doesn't mean it was popular then. Did you even listen to music in 1991 or are you just one of those Nirvana freaks.
Rock Fan - Raining on the wrong year? IP:210.86.45.253 | 2008-04-20 21:45:43
Now let me tell you about a particular song featuring in your chart. Use Your Illusion was an album released in 1991. I do not argue with that. But on that album was a song that originally was twenty minutes long. It was shortened to nine minutes long to be released as a single. In addition, a few edits had been made and in June 1992 the song we know and love today was released as a single on its own special compact dsic. I am talking of course about November Rain. Furthermore, the song's popularity and its timeless classic video are also 1992 material. Technically this song belongs to 1992. And don't say i'm wrong becuase this has to be my favourite rock song of all time.

If November Rain is considered a song of 1992, then Under The Bridge would probably fall under the same category.
